Miracle The Agency continues its way through a collaboration with an editor of the Grenoble region, Thoth Publishing . It is with great pleasure that I present this new creation!
Before anything else, I'll let you see the back cover to familiarize yourself with the universe of this book and understand my choices and graphics!
Gael Severin, executive in a growing company, sees his life changed when he suffered a traffic accident. The extreme seriousness of her condition is an ideal opportunity for the team of Professor Anderson who tries Operation Last Chance: the brain transplant
still intact in the mortal coil of a clinically dead person.
Small detail, the donor is female ... Gaël Gaëlle becomes. This young wolf with long teeth and a bit macho is confronted overnight with the daily reality of a woman's life, discovering in the course of his recovery all the pleasures but also the constraints that it provides this new body. She (il. ..?) Doubt of his personality and his ambiguous feelings about men. But it was with Olga, a nurse caring and attentive, as Gaëlle will assume his new femininity and understand its mistakes of the past.
The character being a former "macho", I decided to build on the ideas that come to mind when one thinks of a man or a woman. Work around the brain seemed mandatory, since it is the backbone of this book. The color choice is only to reinforce stereotypes mentioned above. Here are two proposals to Thoth Publishing :
The return of the editor was more than positive since the coverage was adopted almost immediately! While many liked the pink background and allowed to accentuate the contrast with the male figure, for the sake of neutrality, we finally chose to put a black background. This has been validated and the book's release is scheduled for February 14 next year!
I suggest you read the views of the editor on this collaboration, which I promise was not written under threat:
The Miracle Agency has very quickly find an idea to illustrate in the skin of Astrid. He quickly identify the topic and highlight key ideas that should be transmitted to future readers. The cover sums up the purpose of the book, it is effective, aesthetic and "landmark." The periods of work have been impressive ... for me who am used to boost 1000 times the people with whom I work.
