The first book devoted to the nephrotic syndrome of children was a huge success. He was quickly exhausted. It must be said that it was written by Professor Patrick Niaudet and Dr. Catherine Dolto and prefaced by the Minister Xavier Bertrand. So little had been written about this syndrome as clear, simple and accessible.
But it remains to mention the nephrotic syndrome of the adult, the steroid ... That is why we, the AMSN, have done everything that the collection continues, the authors sought, looked for sponsors, an illustrator and now finally the result, it is up to our expectations.
Indeed, for adults, we must speak of the elements of diagnosis, treatment, and it must also clarify the diets and social care to help life often continues with these constraints. We, the sick, we are unsettled by the announcement, the arrival of relapse, treatment side effects ... and we seek what we should fear and what should not happen to us.
is why one of the important roles of AMSN is to provide reliable, validated. This is one reason for the existence of our association. With this collection of books in the AMSN is fully communicating his vocation. It complements what we do also organize conferences, publish newsletters, represent patients in the courts and especially do our best to support research through grants and prizes. So thank you
authors Drs Dil Sahali Audart and Vincent for their patience with our questions and comments, thank you and more generally to all members of the reference center idiopathic nephrotic syndrome who were solicited directly or indirectly. Because this book is the result of collective work as people like to clarify the two authors. Finally thank you to
Claude Davencens for listening and understanding in The achievement of the drawings illustrating this book and MACSF Corporate Foundation for its support.
